Register with The Willesden Medical Centre

The Willesden Medical Centre is an NHS GP surgery accepting new patients who live or work in our local catchment area in Willesden, NW10. Registration is free and available to everyone living in England.

When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number (If you’ve been registered for NHS services before. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.

Catchment area

We normally accept patients who live within our Willesden catchment area (NW10). If you live outside the area but work nearby, you may still be eligible to register. Please contact the practice if you are unsure.

How to Register with Our GP Surgery

To register with The Willesden Medical Centre:

  1. Complete the online registration form on our website or collect a form from reception
  2. Provide proof of identity and address (if available)
  3. Submit your completed form

Most registrations are processed within 48 hours, once documents are received.

Out-of-practice boundary area registration

Where it is clinically appropriate and practical to register, we now accept new registrations from patients who work in the local area but reside outside our registration area. Patients registered this way would not be entitled to a home visit from the practice. However, if you live outside the practice area and need a home visit, please contact NHS 111 to be seen by a practice closer to where you live.
