The extended Access Service in Brent Makes it easier to be seen by a health professional.

GP Hub Appointments
When the GP Practice is fully booked, we may arrange for an appointment with the K&W GP Extended Access Hub, that also provides care for our patients.

Appointments at the GP Hub are available during weekday evenings, Saturdays and also bank holidays.

• Monday to Friday from 6.30pm to 8pm
• Saturdays from 9am to 5pm

Please ask the GP receptionist to book an appointment at the K&W PCN GP Access Hub, or alternatively please call NHS 111 who can also arrange an appointment.

The K&W GP Extended Access Hub operates at the following venues:
