We offer a repeat prescription facility at the discretion of the doctors. Orders can be placed in the following ways:
Using the official repeat prescription form, carefully tick the items required and forward it by hand or post to the surgery. If you want it posted back to you please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.
Alternatively you can order online via the link at the top of this page. New users must first complete a simple registration. If you would like to register for Patient Online Services at Willesden Medical Centre please contact the surgery. Patient Online Services gives you the options of booking & cancelling appointments, ordering your prescriptions, viewing your immunisation records, test results etc. online.
Electronic Prescription Service
Did you know that you may no longer need to visit the surgery to collect your repeat prescriptions?
This surgery is now able to supply your prescriptions electronically direct to the pharmacy of your choice under the new electronic prescriptions service (EPS).
Speak to your local pharmacy today to find out more.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Patients requiring a review will not be seen as an emergency appointment. Please note: if you see a doctor as an emergency, only two weeks' supply will be given.
There is a pharmacy in the medical centre which is always open in surgery hours. If you have any queries please telephone 020 8459 7210.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
